Blue42, Inc. (“Blue42,” “we,” “our”) operates www.blue42.xyz. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or join the waitlist, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address. That’s it. We don’t ask for your name, phone number, or payment information at this stage.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not store personally identifiable information. The data we receive is aggregated — page views, referrers, and general geographic region (country level).
How we use your information
- Your email — to send you waitlist updates and notify you when your access opens. We will not use it to send unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
- Analytics data — to understand which pages are useful and how people arrive at the site, so we can improve it.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. Full stop.
We share data only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate:
- Vercel— hosts the website and provides analytics. Vercel’s privacy practices are described at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Blue42 or its users.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to remove it. If you request deletion, we will remove it within 30 days.

Our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@blue42.xyz.
Children
Blue42 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
